I'm Bojan Konstandinovic

I trade and invest across public markets — equities and options, intraday through positional timeframes — and have built and invested in private companies across multiple industries.

My path into the markets wasn’t traditional. I started as an entrepreneur — built a company from the ground up and scaled it to a meaningful valuation. The income I earned building and operating that business is what I brought into the markets.

I entered without a real framework, and the market taught me exactly what that costs. I lost meaningful capital before I committed to doing it properly.

What followed was a deliberate, multi-year reinvestment into market education — Columbia Business School, HBS, and specialized private trading programs — combined with hundreds of hours of chart study, thousands of backtested setups, and 500–1,000+ trades per year to build real execution data.

The ratio eventually flipped. What was once 90% entrepreneurship and 10% markets became the inverse — active trading as the primary income engine, long-term value investing as the compounding layer, and entrepreneurship as the foundation underneath both.

Today I operate as a professional trader and value investor. I’m the founder of Iceberg Trading, a premium trading education and market analysis company built to help serious traders shorten the learning curve and avoid the costly mistakes I made. I’m also the founder of a private proprietary trading firm.

My methodology is built on institutional market structure, disciplined execution, risk management, and the integration of trading and investing as a unified capital deployment system — not two separate activities.
